Vantaggi
Can't think of anything. There are no perks that you wouldn't get anywhere else, besides I guess free cable?
Svantaggi
Upper management was shortsighted and inept at driving the business, but quite good at driving anyone with talent or drive away. That person would then be replaced by 4 contractors who cost the company 8x more than if they had just worked on retaining the full time talent that they had. So tons of teams full of contractors and led by contractors, which goes about as well as you would expect. Very siloed to the point of building products and technologies that were nearly identical to what other teams were building, completely unaware of the existence of that team. Company reneged on remote working policies while not actually having enough office space for employees. We were forced to schedule with other teammates to work around shared cubicle situations. They attempted to enforce in-office hours by analyzing security badge scans, as though it was high school or something.
