Tough work life balance during busy season

I was a contruction project manager for construction for several years. Once covid hit, I decided it was time to stay home and I wanted a career path and a company that would see my potential and allow me to grow. I came into this industry without any knowledge of it at all. I began as a CDL Operator and rose through the ranks to Project Manager within 5 months. Management here has allowed me the free range to accomplish tasks and challenges on my own. I have the pleasure of working with a great group of people who bring a lot of knowledge to the table for us all. This can be a rewarding industry for anyone that is willing to learn and grow.

Every company in this world has cons. There are some here as well but the pros do outweigh them.
