Inadequate training and Unprofessional management - Recensione dipendente - Medical Receptionist presso Spectrum Eye Physicians

Management provided inadequate training for the 8 days I worked there and then abruptly let me go stating "information was not sticking." The impression I am getting is that there was an alternate or more personal reason of their decision as the ones I were given were vague. Overall does not speak well regarding professionalism and management at a whole. I would advise against joining their "team" and spending your time in a position that cares to support you throughout training and your success.
