The compensation is already very low so you are working there because of your passion to serve the less fortunate demographics in society so it is extremely disheartening to see actions that contradict the policy of the state and contract regulations. Never share ideas because they will implement and take the credit and call you a liar if you mention it. They want you to work 12 to 16 hours a days with no additional compensation.
