Great Place - Recensione dipendente - Software Engineer presso Spectrum Medical

As someone who transitioned from a toxic and stressful work environment to Spectrum Medical, I am shocked to see any poor reviews on this thread. In my opinion, Spectrum Medical (Ft. Mill, SC) is a fantastic place to work. During my ongoing tenure, the management has maintained a work environment where anyone can excel with a solid work ethic and effort. The benefits are great (health, dental, HSA, FSA, PTO, etc.). The company obviously values its employees and their life outside of the office.

So far, I have yet to see a con worth mentioning.

Amazing product and amazing engineers on all fronts

They are going through growing pains as a small Med Device company that has to grow as the demand for their tech grows. Need Structure and confidence in their leadership.
