Low salary. Poor management. They kept on changing the SOPs on their whims. They also really take advantage of the foreign staffs by hiring them 'part time' / contract and simply laying off them when the ceo decides he doesn't need them anymore. Certain teams/department went from 10 ish people to 2 person in just a day. They've also lost lots of the top staffs in just few months. Everyone is resigning left and right.
The CEO will also encouraged you to speak up, saying that the company practice transparency. But the moment you speak up, he'll target you and will held a meeting to defend himself instead of reflecting on the issues brought up. He even held a special meeting to 'review' the glassdor reviews before.
