Ever since the company was purchased and infiltrated by Pentland, communication, brand standards, relationships, partnerships and quality have tanked. The UK office will insert themselves in US business with no facts, rhyme or reason to make drastic changes that do not resonate with the US consumer. Those who are closest to the product and consumer are ignored and instead bullied to adopt whatever the UK office has determined will now be sold. Messaging, consistency, product quality, creative and athletes are all a complete mess with people who have little to no interaction or understanding of the US consumer making decisions. The brand name had such standing in the swim world and now it has become a joke with terrible graphics, catering to lifestyle consumers and losing its positioning of excellence with the pro and am competitive swim market
