Very low compensation - Recensione dipendente - District Manager Trainee LPP presso Speedway

Lack of command chain. Had to report to multiple people who worked at completely different fields. No work-life balance at all. Had to spend 60+ hours every week. Unnecessarily long training period, especially store assignment phase. Company is so cheap that questioned business expense of $15 spent on lunch.
