Vantaggi
-Good low level coworkers (you can bond in your mutual agony)
Svantaggi
-No breaks -Ridiculous expectations -Manager's do nothing and then place blame on lower level employee's to their higher ups -Constantly overworked beyond human standards -ALWAYS understaffed, yet low level employees are somehow responsible -Will hire anyone, and thus turnover is MASSIVE and your coworkers unreliable -Higher up management does not care about the base level associates at all -NO perks (discount, free meal, NOTHING) -Expects you to work 8 hours of EXTREMELY grueling work, with NO breaks (will tell you that you can take a break whenever you want to get around the legal requirements for workers to take breaks, but if you try to you will be told you can't or scolded/fired for an underhanded reason to punish you. It's borderline criminal) - Literally will cut expenses at any cost. They wanted to cute hours to such an extent that only ONE person would be working at a time, despite in the "training" video's showing people working at each station at all time. This is in an incredibly busy location and there is barely 5 minutes without an order beeping on the screen. It would be IMPOSSIBLE for one person to handle that, how would they use the restroom, they can't leave the line unattended. It's BAFFLING how absolutely aloof higher ups are to the PLIGHT of the low level associates. SHAMEFUL
