The people you typically work with are great. Most seasoned employees know what they're doing and are good to work with. Corporate management is visible. Corporate programs are spelled out in black & white. Compensation is not in line with stress level but can be good if your store bonuses.

Constant turnover. Bad managers doing poor jobs. Little communication much of the time. Regional hiring department SUCKS--hires bad candidates for the wrong positions & takes it out of your hands. No employee discounts. Few to no employee breaks. Constantly changing programs and procedures. Training program is faulty. CMT program is laughably designed--hires people without any position to place them in. Store bonuses are nill & pass/fail rate for store shops is extraordinarily BAD. Co-Managers in busy stores have ZERO work/life balance. This does not make the little pay worth it--pay they over-inflate at time of hiring.
