Not loyal to their loyal employees - Recensione dipendente - Store Manager presso Speedway

I waste 10 years of my life bending over backwards for this company with absolutely no support. Worked my way up and was a store manager last 6 years. They fired me after I requested a transfer back to my hometown because I was driving over an hour just one way to my store. The DM's and HR do whatever they want because they truly believe they're the only ones that matter and this will be the complete fall of the company. Get better DM with higher leadership abilities and HR reps that know how to look out for the best interests of employees instead of granting DMs the permission to fire excellent employees.
