Love the long term employees and most of the customers. Built wonderful friendships. Bonuses are great. I honestly loved my job. Worked all 40 weeks of my pregnancy. Came right back after 6 wk check up. I was completely devoted to my job which was now turning into a career.

Bonus structure changed so much that they made it completely impossible to get one. When I first started 7 yrs ago it was fun and exciting to go to work. Although I worked my way up very quickly from a part time cashier to the store manager I didn't realize how the higher ups did things. Needless to say that my last year of employment here left a horrible sour taste in my mouth. I look at things completely different. I thought I would be working at speedway 30 years from now like my fellow peers that had trained me. But because I wouldn't keep my mouth shut about special treatment given to certain managers it ended very soon.
