I love working at Speedway LLC. I started as a Co Manager Trainee. Training was about 4 months total which was great because it shows that Speedway knows how important proper training is. The pay is hourly which allows for overtime and we are paid weekly! The company offers great benefits including tuition assistance, retirement savings with company match, life insurance, flexible spending accounts, bonuses for every store employee, holiday pay, health and dental coverage and more! Customers are loyal!

Co Manager do not have a set schedule, usually work every holiday, and some districts don't give Co Managers weekends off. Promotion to Store General Manager is difficult because most employees in this position retire with the company or stay long-term.
