- The CEO and CTO have 0 people skills; absolutely unfit to be people leaders - You would expect startups to be chaotic but Spendflo takes one bad decision after another in succession- its almost impressive how consistently poor upper management is - They keep changing direction and call that the next 'big thing' but the employees slowly are seeming to lose all faith in the company - I have never seen a tiny startup have this much of a hire and fire policy; hiring decisions are an absolute joke here. So many talented people have been let go of because of upper management's hasty hiring
