Great place for a first job. Lots to learn if one takes initiative. Company hands over an entire project/client to the employee, who is then expected to take control completely. I've learned a lot here.The products we work on are excellent, amounting to extremely interesting work. The work force is extremely friendly and outgoing, and one can make friends here for a lifetime.

Lack of flexible timings. Very flat structure, so all decision-making is centralised, and growth is minimal after a point. Jumps in designation don't mean that much, because the work remains nearly the same. Employees are given work indiscriminately, without understanding the time requirements. Pay is considered to be at the lower end of the spectrum, considering industry benchmarks.
