In fact, overtime is limited to only 4 hours of cumulative overtime a month. In the rare cases it is needed, you are asked, not required.

You are asked to clock out to go to the restroom. Insurance is only subsidized by the company for the employee. If you have a family and want them on the insurance, you will have to pay the full premium for the other members of your family.
