Chaotic and disorganized but fast growing business - Recensione dipendente - Product Designer presso Spin Master

This place has extremely high turnover—mostly resignations but some firings as well. The business is in the process of a restructuring and nearly everyone is new in their current roles and it is difficult to know who you report to or what your job responsibilities are or who to go to for direction. The culture has become extremely stressful and chaotic the last year since huge chunks of the organization are new in their positions and the workload is so high. Everyone is on top of one another and unclear processes change and become murkier by the day. Difficult to get through unreasonable workloads through all the meetings and chaos. Designers spend most of the day in meetings or dealing with logistics leaving little time to perform job duties during the work day. Culture and values don't align with the day-to-day of the office.
