• Active Chairman with a huge ego. • Confused executive management who are only focus on short term P&L rather than long term growth. • New leadership team with limited experience about the company’s business who want to change the company to something new without spending time to understand the current business. • Too many new members in management who believe they know it all with lots of big words but so far nothing has improved. • No value for employees who made the company what it is today. • Never-ending budget cuts and layoffs.
