More than that though I seriously feel like I matter. My coworkers have become like family. I wish I would have applied sooner instead of dealing with my old corporate ran salon. They have a set of values that every single person follows; do what's right, do your best, treat others the way THEY want to be treated. They take care of the stylist first and by doing so it creates a magnetic energy for the clients. I love what I do, and finally I love where i do it. It was rated #9 franchise in the United States.
