Every team member brings their own personality, strengths, and ideas to their team. Our intention is to provide consistency for clients and a path to success for team members. I understand that creative minds do not always want to focus on metrics (numbers). They are not meant to discourage you! As a business, we must look at the numbers. We intend to be transparent and teach every team member how to be successful. Our hope is that you want to work with us forever, but we get that life happens and needs change. The pay is excellent as long as you’re performance is strong and especially if your flexible with your schedule and full time. But if you’re not a good performer or super part time, this might not be the best place for you.

Great hourly pay with tips. Averaged about $38 to $40 an hour. Great starting place. They do offer training. The co-workers were nice at my location. Management does help you with flexible scheduling so if you have children, it works out great.

Svantaggi

Burnout is real. Expected to complete service within an allotted short time. Too many clients come in that want expensive barbershop cuts but want to pay the lowest price (they really shouldn’t even go to sport clips for). Also, way too many clients with long hair wanting full scissor cuts. They won’t turn away clients even if the cuts they ask for are — are not something sport clips does or allows for a lot of time. TV’s get annoying after a while (too loud).
