Work life balance, support, growth mindset from the company, and just overall the people. I loved the people I had the pleasure to work with and especially my manager. My manager was top notch and really made my experience so awesome.

With any somewhat newer tech company there are changes that happen. You have to know that going into it (be comfortable with it), but the changes made I feel were for the betterment of reps and the product itself. SpotHopper is just scratching the surface of its potential in my opinion and excited to see what the future holds.

Great management, an awesome team, and a really good work-life balance. Everyone is super positive, supportive, and always willing to help, which makes it a great place to work. Sam Dally is honestly an amazing manager. She really looks out for her team and always wants everyone to succeed. She's super accommodating, supportive, and approachable, and you can tell she genuinely cares about the people she manages. She creates a really positive work environment, and I always felt comfortable going to her if I needed anything.

Some days can be tough but as long as you have that go getter attitude and communicate with your manager its a easy turnover.

I think the negative reviews I read here are super harsh, but everyone has different experiences, and I've only had the managers I've worked with who have all been amazing! I would say if you're looking to get into sales, the BDR position is a good one. The pay also doesn't hurt at all.

Can sometimes feel a little micro-managed Restaurant owners on the phone can be a little rude but that's not SH's fault The 24/7 positivity seems fake, but it's not like it's unbearable No meal breaks unless your state legally requires it, so you're eating through lunch 10 days PTO... come on now... but no weekends and all major holiday's are off so they try to sell it to you as you have more time off
