Very low base salary combined with aggressive KPIs created constant financial pressure, framed internally as “growth” or “hustle.” Feedback was frequently encouraged, but expressing disagreement or alternative views often felt risky. Professional boundaries were sometimes unclear, with comments or interactions that felt unnecessarily personal rather than work-focused. Over time, the culture felt increasingly centered on agreement rather than open discussion.
