There are also instances of racist or insensitive jokes being made in the workplace, which are frequently encouraged by a small group of loyal employees. This creates an uncomfortable environment for others. The organization lacks a clear operational structure and consistent company culture, despite frequent discussions about culture and values from management. Additionally, there is no proper employee training system in place, making it difficult for new hires to adapt and grow within the company. Overall, the employee turnover rate is very high, which reflects the ongoing organizational and management challenges.

Very low base salary combined with aggressive KPIs created constant financial pressure, framed internally as “growth” or “hustle.” Feedback was frequently encouraged, but expressing disagreement or alternative views often felt risky. Professional boundaries were sometimes unclear, with comments or interactions that felt unnecessarily personal rather than work-focused. Over time, the culture felt increasingly centered on agreement rather than open discussion.
