For the short time I worked in this company they were so strict with how I spent every minute of my day till even going to the toilet or lunch was becoming an issue. There was a day I had to fake sickness at least to have a day off and relax. They keep texting someone in the inbox and calling on zoom from morning till evening till you can't concentrate in your work. Such a toxic company, This guy Yen is the CEO and he can come to your inbox just to follow up on your small bug fixing task yet there is a project coordinator for that

One of the most motivating aspects of working here is the leadership’s ability to push us to do better, but through clear expectations, consistent support and timely recognition. It’s an environment where you feel both challenged and backed up and that balance makes all the difference. Some internal processes could be optimized, but the work culture, leadership guidance and team spirit truly stand out.
