They are in the favour of client and not the developers. - Technology change is very common. If you are working on one technology and getting the expertise they will surely change your technology and will not give much time to learn. - They will not understand developer's concerns. - Some employees are made to work on the multiple projects at a time with high pressure and there is no proper management of project working times. - Flexible timings are good for some people only and if you do extra work on off days also you are neither getting any extra pay nor even appreciation.
