Flexible, work life balance, but chaotic - Recensione dipendente - Senior Implementation Specialist presso Springboard

Almost too flexible sometimes. A lot of people are OOO, on sabbatical or working in another country with odd hours so its hard to get answers fast (and we need them fast most of the time). There is also a lot of siloed working and not great communication between teams along with terrible lacking documentation. The company is also very blue and PC which is fine, but can be uncomfortable if you aren't very political or have different views.
