Thank you for your feedback. It is always our goal to continue growing and learn from our employees. It does seem like we could have done a better job clearly articulating the structure of our different business units to you during your tenure here, as many of the concerns you’ve voiced here come from lack of information. For example, the president of the company does not only care about a single division (Springboard Automation), but rather is very much acting as the day to day manager of the division while it is still growing. While it appears I cannot change your perception of our leadership, I can at least let those reading know that the president is about as “in the trenches” as one could be — the last to lock up the building most nights. Speaking of the building, we are very excited to now own our own space right off Rittenhouse Square as of Spring 2019! Understandably, in the first few months after moving in, our tenants in the building had to acclimate to our new room booking policies, but now that the dust has settled, we are very happy to have the whole company under one roof!
