Lower pay than needed at the time

The staff and residents are a delight. They truly care about you and want you to succeed.

The pay is hard to live off of by yourself. You are expected to work hard and flex your schedule with little to no notice but at all cost avoid overtime, but still be available during typical business hours incase the residents need you.
