The experience you described isn’t what we want anyone to have, especially when it comes to feeling supported, fairly rewarded, and equally valued across regions. We’ve made meaningful changes, including adding dedicated People support in EMEA and strengthening our performance and compensation programs to better support career growth and planning globally. We know change takes time, and that doesn’t take away from the frustration you felt.
We’re proud of the team we’ve built and confident in the direction we’re heading. At the same time, we’re always listening and learning, especially from those who’ve helped shape the journey.
