The variety of clients we serve and the types of work we do helps keep every day interesting. Everyone on the team is so collaborative and I really enjoy working with people that share a mutual excitement for the work we are doing. We are always encouraged to try new things, to fail forward, and support each teammate's growth. No small achievement goes unnoticed or unappreciated by Leadership, who constantly celebrate our wins and encourage us to pursue our individual goals. I also really appreciate that the Leadership team is so welcoming of feedback and transparent about the inner workings of the company. It truly feels like we are more than just a group of people working together. I can honestly say that I love my job, I love my team, and I truly enjoy coming to work each day.

Deadlines leading up to big launches can be stressful

There are a ton of reasons why Sprout Studio is great, but I'd say my main pro is the culture. Sprout Studio is a company that values its employees most of all. It's the kind of workplace where you come in and there are decorations for your birthday, or everyone goes out for a regular outing just because the team loves each other. It's the kind of place where every person's idea is listened to and valued. Sprout has a great benefits package with competitive wages.

I've been at Sprout for over 7 years now and like any company, it's had it's setbacks, but I can't honestly think of an actual con to working here.
