4yWhat has been stated above is completely inaccurate and baseless. The truth is that the employee in question was asked to resign from SpurSol for being dishonest and having extremely toxic work relationships with his fellow team members that led to a completely dysfunctional team and significantly hurt our product development efforts.
Over 3 years our company gave him multiple chances to prove himself, even appointed him acting team lead at his insistence to allow him to prove himself as a leader. Instead what he managed to do was alienate his team members and delivered mediocre work that set us back by many months.
When we realized this could not go on, we asked him to resign and gave him 3 extra month’s salary plus notice at the time. Despite our reservations, we even gave him a good reference when his next employer reached out to us to verify if he is someone they should hire. It is a shame that despite all of the above, he decided that it was okay to malign our company and make false allegations to hurt us. What is even more surprising is that he decided to do this 1.5 years after he left our company.
We have worked hard to build a company that really takes pride in its people and they are our real strength. As a company we condemn this vociferously and we hope that he exercises better judgement. We wish him all the best in his career ahead.
