I have never worked somewhere that lives by their values as much as Square 2. The team members are amazing, and the leaders are supportive. They are committed to growing without burning out their team. Success is shared. When something goes wrong the focus isn't blame it's solutions.

It's a fast-paced, small agency. If you struggle with an ever-changing environment and frequent pivoting to get the work done this might not be the right fit for you.

If you care about your job, the results you produce, and the people you work with - then this the place for you. Having experience in working with other inbound marketing agencies, I knew what the job required, and I was looking for a company that did more than just deliver tactics or blow their ego up in their spare time. I was very cautious and careful during my interview process to spot any red flags and I am beyond happy to share that everything I learned about Square 2 Marketing during my recruitment has proven to be true.
