Finally, inorder to get the full and final settlement when you resign, they will cut all the ticket, visa and other expenses they had and will tell you that you will be getting only rest of the amount. But if you sign the document, you won't even be getting that. I had to go to embassy and ministry of human resources there to get my salary 12. There is nothing like career growth there. If someone tells you that, either they are lying or they are afraid of the company 13. You would see your superiors making sexist comments about girls whom they had just mentioned as like their daughter
