Good talented employees are spotted, groomed and made ready for better opportunities in our overseas branches. The management style has always been open-door and access to address all problems is easily available. We have created a huge change in how property is sold and the traction generated has garnered the respect of all our partners. We have had people from developers calling and asking us if there are opportunities available in sales and marketing as we have a whole bouquet of products to choose from to sell.
