Understaffed and under-resourced. Executive ADHD leading to constant change of direction - no real strategy, but still driving to do 'more' after over-promising to customers and under-delivering. Which leads us to the random redundancies. Every few months a handful people will be let go without rhyme or reason. Probably just to make the P&L look good for executive bonuses. They pay under market rates. Nominally due to flexibility and sustained growth, but this excuse falls in the face of reality (strong growth + layoffs = bigger exec bonuses). Basically, screw employees while they can.
