CEO, ELT are the main cons to the company, They will hire people only for 6 months. Once 6 month is over they will throw them out. They will do all kind of politics to throw you out. One of the ELT member is a relative of CEO so they work for their benefit alone. No work life balance. You will be treated like a dog. If you have more knowledge than ELT then you are not fit to work and you will be fired. No job security you can expect any friday you will be called to collect your revealing letter. There is no option to give negative rating if it was there i would have given that. Instead of joining here it's better to sit ideal at home.
