Company is completely body shopping. Do not expect any benefits from them if you have hired. They always depends on specific vendor to place you on a project.

When they hire you as full time employee i mean in W2 they wont give you any clear details about company policy or pay cycle details. Every month they try to implement new payroll policies without employees notice. They will give you a call last minute saying this payroll changes is happening in your pay date without any email communication.
