Total mismanagement. Employee training is non existent. Complete lack of organization. If upper management liked you - you could be incompetent and keep your job, yet I saw people who were good at what they did get let go because upper management didn't like them. They never evaluate you when they promise. Everything I was promised when hired turned out to be a lie.
