Terrible company with terrible bosses. - Recensione dipendente - Construction Worker presso St. Lawrence Pools

Little to no health and safety regulations. Disrespectful co workers. Favoritism between staff and the foremen. Heavy lifting required. Dangerous job sites. No bonuses or worker insurance. No Union. Dangerous vehicles which are improperly maintained. Expected to work on the hottest days of summer and get heat stroke, which my friend and I did. Drinking at job sites. Leaving non construction material in the backfill of pools (shovels, rakes, trowels trash etc...) Expected to go above and beyond for a company which does the bare minimum and is still the most expensive pool company in the area. Pays badly and has bad workers. If you have any experience within construction you will most likely spend most of your time fixing the mistakes of previous workers.
