      The people you work with on a day-to-day basis are great, you are (usually) allowed a lot of freedom on when/where you work and the work itself can be really fun and fulfilling.

      Svantaggi

      Upper management seems to have no idea what they're doing. They changed management structures 3 times in the year and a half that I was there. There were 3 rounds of layoffs as well, with little to no notice. Pay for software engineers is WAY below market value. Little to no opportunity for advancement.

      Patient employees who enjoy working together. Remote environment provides flexibility. Held accountable but not micro-managed. Great internship experience.
