They have complete disregard for the employees, they just care about making money off of the Temps. No actual clear path to be hired on to the company. They have no policy in regards to covid-19 and keep positive employees a secret and let them work around people. They want to over work you for well below market for a recruiter. Do not start your career as a Recruiter at this company they will teach you dishonesty and disorganization. This company that is family owned operates as such only those well liked move up anyone who won't break for the dishonest culture they created will be pushed out. Benefits are awful and expensive and they will expect you to be happy for the pennies they pay you. Stay away from this company
