Bad working conditions and leadership - Recensione dipendente - File Clerk presso Staffmark

Terrible communication when trying to call out when using sick or personal days. I would text them to let them know I was calling out and they would either get back to me hours after the days shift had started or the next day and I would have to clarify that I was calling out yesterday and not the day they got back to me. HR would do nothing when there was an issue and simply transfer people around rather than do their job and deal with the problematic leads.
