Amazing work environment - Recensione dipendente - Executive Assistant presso StagePilot

I truly can’t share enough positive things to say about StagePilot. The working environment is set up in a collaborative space which is helpful as the entire team works on all projects simultaneously. Management has created and fostered an environment that is supportive and uplifting. This was the first “start up” workplace I have been employed at and it presents challenges that allow you to step up and help develop strategies and creative solutions to super serve clients and grow the business.

I’ve always worked in an environment where I had my own office space but this pushed me out of my comfort zone to work in an open office environment. In retrospect, this helped me work through challenges and get used to something that was different to my norm.

For the most part, the employees are great to work with and friendly. Great office location.

Leadership from the CEO questionable. The leader demonstrates challenges in effective communication and timely delegation of responsibilities, often opting to handle tasks personally rather than empowering team members. The current leadership style seems to foster an environment where employees are overly careful in their communication, potentially out of concern for unintended repercussions.
