An amazing work environment. Very easy going and lets you handle your work without having someone look over your shoulder. Everyone is very kind and helpful! Great ceo who actually cared about his employees.

Wish they had more work from home days but are very flexible if you need it.

I truly can’t share enough positive things to say about StagePilot. The working environment is set up in a collaborative space which is helpful as the entire team works on all projects simultaneously. Management has created and fostered an environment that is supportive and uplifting. This was the first “start up” workplace I have been employed at and it presents challenges that allow you to step up and help develop strategies and creative solutions to super serve clients and grow the business.

I’ve always worked in an environment where I had my own office space but this pushed me out of my comfort zone to work in an open office environment. In retrospect, this helped me work through challenges and get used to something that was different to my norm.
