To plan and implement preventive maintenance schedule of entire plant. Responding to breakdowns and diagnosing faults.To perform the calibration, validation activity as per schedule & ensure it. To perform the preventive maintenance of Plant & machinery equipment as per the preventive maintenance schedule & maintain its documents. Indenting of critical spares for equipment and to control the inventory of spares. Distribute the breakdown jobs to the technician and ensure timely completion. Efficient implementation of QMS system (i.e. Deviation / Change controls / Investigation / Corrective and preventive action / incident) & to maintain its documentation.
