Vantaggi

The people beneath management are always what keeps the place feeling like family, most of these people are friendly nice and much too good of people to be taken advantage of.

Svantaggi

Once was a nice place to work.. but beware backstabbing isn’t just a sport for upper management they thrive on it. Upper management will sexually harass you, joke about who is getting garnished and always make you feel insecure about your position. What could’ve been a great place to work fell flat from its family moniker and became more less that of a prison culture. They recently built a new headquarters and with that came strict tules and punishment instead of understanding. If you aren’t on top your job is always on the line. Be careful with these people.. or play fake and nice, sleep with other higher ups and you’ll get your big break! Many fine people came and went from this place. I am gone as well, and it was a blessing in disguise. Also not very diverse so unless you are white good luck!
