- completely bloated firm filled with MDs doing nothing all day - bank has no competitive advantages in anything, literally. They just hire these waste-of-space MDs who suck money out of the bank - any “restructuring” involves renaming CCIB to CIB, or Financial Markets to Markets. Whilst the whole firm is rotting from the inside out. Everyone views this 10-year CEO as God’s gift to earth. But he’s achieved literally nothing. The bank is a joke and everyone deep down knows it - the bank is filled with mediocre talent who stick around as they can’t get anything better
