- commission was over exaggerated during interview. Hiring managers and recruiters did not mention the difficulty to even close a case - scb is client's last choice as criteria to onboard or to get a loan is way too high yet the interest rate offered to client is higher than other banks - no proper system and guidance. Everything is manual and lots of paper are wasted when they are advertising to go green - toxic environment. People in the office are very gossipy and some seniors tend to bully or look down on juniors - even if there are leads, they are not distributed fairly - some managers are abusive, sarcastic and manipulative
