1. unnecessarily complex organization. 2. no diversity. Just look at the Dubai office and the composition of one singular race that makes up 90% of the staff. Too much hiring power given to biased team leaders or line managers who end up onboarding their own race. questionable hiring process as I have consistently witnessed qualified people or minority and people of color not moving through the hiring process. 3. poor work life balance especially for people of minority(black people) who are treated with no respect. 4. gaslighting of people of minority (black people). 5. major pay disparity between people of minority (black people) and other races. 6. product units will hire, promote certain ethnicities quicker while black people are consistently overlooked for promotions or front office exposures.
