Loved every single day of my 7 year stint. Yes there is some politics just like at every huge MNC, yes there are frequent reorgs and disruptions, yes there are too many controls and processes which slow down your work at times. But at the end of the day the bank treats every single employee like family. You'll get rewarded for hard work, you'll get paid above industry standards, the policies will always be employee-centric, and diversity&inclusion is at the heart of everything they do. The bank is truly driven by its core values more than anything else.
