1) No decent hike, many times 0%. 2) Don't expect recognition,you won't get any. 3) work life balance is a joke 4) too much politics. 5) if you are someone who's junior or with a less yrs of experience, expect to do all the works without any KT or guidance and get blamed when some mistake happens. 6) No feedback at all . 7) Manager don't know how to be a good manager and their position is a joke as they will help only those they favour.
